Nightlife in Focus: Martinis’ Wreath Auction Raises Over $20,000
by: Jim Winsor | In the Scene | December 23rd, 2009
Thanks and congratulations to Martinis Above Fourth, for once again hosting a very successful wreath auction for the Eddie Conlon Youth Fund. This year they raised $20,100 (and counting…last minute donations are continuing to come in!). The complete album of photos from the event can be viewed below, along with nine other events we covered during the past very busy holiday week.
Look for me this weekend at our Winter White Party at Rich’s on Saturday, the day after Christmas. In the past we’ve been doing this annual event in late January, but are now moving it to December. Featuring winter wonderland decoration, a twinkling laser lightshow, fresh and frosty go go boys, and music by local favorite DJ Taj. White attire encouraged…in fact, this is a great event to test drive outfit concepts for the White Party Palm Springs XXI coming up in April.
And tune in next week for my yearly preview of gay New Year’s festivities around town…until then!
